Just moved into these apartments. Was very impressed by how it looked and the layout.
But after hearing how safe the area is, I noticed that a car had all the tires and rims stolen right in front of the apartment buildings in the actual drive way! Honestly seems like the theft was done by someone who lives in the apartments, since the wood that the car was sitting on was just firewood.
The walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. When I say everything, I literally mean everything. When neighbors are taking showers or even when people are watching movies. I can even hear the DOWNSTAIR neighbors. I have noticed that my unit starts to smell like smoke whenever the neighbors start smoking (even with all the windows closed).
The apartment people were so incredibly friendly when I was in the market for a new apartment. OF course that all changed once I moved in. I don't understand how the management actually treats outside potential clients better than the actual people who are giving them business.Management should be treating the people better who actually are the ones giving them business. They charge for ridculous things, such as if you are paying for a garage...they want you to pay for the garage door opener!! And it isnt like you have a choice, because if you don't pay for it then you are unable to use the garage.
They also advertise that the gym is open for all residents 24hours. Come to find out it is only available to the residents that make an extra purchase for a access card. This is told to you AFTER not before you sign the lease. Again, very misleading and dishonest.
These little things seem very dishonest to me as well as having lack of respect for your actual customers. They are very slow to respond to situations as well, because all their attention is for potential customers and not the local residents.
If you dont believe me.....just give them a call on their phone number. The automated system gives you options to choose from. If you are an existing resident you get directed straight to voicemail. Choose the option of a future or potentially new resident and they answer the phone immediately.
So sure, when you come and visit and get the wonderful tour, everything looks perfect. But once you move in and actually experience the actually living experience in this complex, it is not all that it is hyped up to be.

See what i have been saying? We lived there for a while and it totally sucks once the new Manager and Assistant Manager came on board....they are the worst team ever. The others are just too scared to lose their jobs to say anything, they fired all but two of their maintainence people and the new guys are clueless, according to the new Manager, Debbie. Oh, she's another one too, better not cross her or else she will make up false accusations just to get you out, she is a real piece of work, the BI****!! Wonder where they dug her up from and installed her as the new Manager!! Really worst service ever, rent a townhouse if you can, brand new ones are everywhere and save the headache of living in an apartment!!
