Think Carefully Before Renting

I have lived at Towne Square a number of years. Towne Square is an adequate facility - nothing great by any means, but not horrible. Construction is such that you do hear your neighbors through the walls - guaranteed. Also, the grounds have deteriorated over the past couple of years and they are not as nice as years past. There are many children and they are loud. There is one unit that has a dog and it barks frequently and the management has not taken care of it. Getting maintenance done properly is like pulling teeth.
