During my tenancy of 4 years, I've had very few good experiences with this complex. The management takes their sweet time in responding to your complaints or issues. They hardly ever return your phone calls and are incredibly unorganized. And now that I'm leaving, they can't even provide documentation regarding the final amount due. They offer no customer service and have treated me and my roommate so poorly, I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. They are horrible people who don't care about their tenants. Other tenants have no respect - they're loud, have parties that flow out into the stair well, have yelling matches outside your doors, and leave their garbage, for days at a time, on their door step. The property is incredibly messy with random liter everywhere. And to top it off, kids run around with little to no supervision with no respect for other tenants and their property. Don't live here - you'll regret it.
