Noisy, mean spirited, dirty, rude, lying, stupid, religiously crazed tenants will love it here. As for the rest of us it is time to get out! The new manager is ineffective and writes "aggressive letters" (filled with huge typos and awful wording) to tenants instead of evicting them or calling the police. I have had my apartment broken into and the manager never said boo to me. I have had my truck hit while it was parked and got nada not even a phone call to ask how it was going. My neighbors/tormentors were rapping, stomping, dancing, partying, fighting, screwing, banging on the walls and screaming at night and I was told by the manager that we all needed to sit down and talk it out. Next time it happened, I called the police and was told the manager cannot interfere with a tenants rights and that I should never bypass the police as these situations can get out of control FAST and the POLICE have had trouble with the lame passive liar management here. When the cops tell you to move you know it sucks where you live. I have never seen so many COP calls or called the police myself so many times. Parking is a joke, the tsanning bed is always broken and smells like booty, the gym equipment is rank and broken, AVOID AVOID AVOID. WAY OVER PRICED as well. These people send out flyers on having a walking buddy go with you if you go outside and do not leave anything of any value in your car and the next line asks if tenants know anything about the vandalism in the office/gym. The walls leaked and everytime someone coughs you can hear them. I had mushrooms growing in my living room! There was a leak and they cleaned it with bleach. 2 weeks later the fubgus was back and the nitwits took out a hunk of carpet and whaddaya know' A hole in the floor. My applicances were broken and took lilterally weeks to fix. Pathetic.
