I think that the responses so far have been unfair not just to Copper Creek Apartments but to the staff. The people in the office have to hold someone responsible for the damages in the apartments. As far as the comparison to other places, if you felt this way why did you choose Copper Creek' Was Sundance to high and mighty and not approve you to move in ' Seems like every time someone is charged they get mad at the office people not at themselves for being pigs or destructive' Yah, the parking is a bit tight and sometimes the residents can be rude but so far, I've enjoyed my home and feel that the office ladies do what they can to make this place ok. If you want to dispute about a broiler pan your right you ahouldn't live here!

i bet the management wrote this review thats why its anonymous and it backs up cooper creek because cooper creek is the most horrible place i'v ever lived the only thing i like is that there were kids that my kids could come with
