I stumbled across this website because I was looking for the website to Copper Creek but they have all of the real estate sites blocked on their computer in the clubhouse so I can't even get to their own website...dumb. Anyway, the location and amenities here are great, very close to freeways and shopping. Unfortunately, my initial reaction to living here is dissatisfied. My apartment was quite dusty when I moved in, two light bulbs were out, the amount of my rental agreement on my lease was incorrect and I had to correct them twice and they still overcharged me, and the insulation between floors is terrible. I can hear everything my neighbor below me does! I hear him opening doors, turning on the fan, talking, tv, walking up and down the stairs, etc. Right now, I'm beneath the apartment managers residence(in the clubhouse) and I'm listening to them walk around, the floors creaking etc. SO, if you decide to live here, be aware that you will hear your neighbors no matter how quite they are. I would suggest finding out if babies, children or animals live above or below you. On the up side, I do like using the hot tub, fitness room and I would use the tanning bed if they had showed me how to work the darn thing.

Hello, Doesn't matter what apartment complex you live in your going to hear people around you??? If you hate children then you shouldn't live in apartments. Maybe a retirment home? By the way just ask the front office what their website is they'll tell you no problem. But I don't think you care you just wanted to verbally trash the complex. Copper Creek has been great for my children and I'll try to keep them away from your sensentive ears.

I have to agree with the original poster on this one, of course you will hear your neighbors but you shouldn't hear them nearly as much as you do at Copper Creek. I live above a couple who had a baby and I can hear their child crying at all hours of the day and most importantly all hours of the NIGHT. It is nearly impossible to drown out the sound. Although you will at times hear your neighbors, I think the amount you hear at Copper Creek is a function of poor insulation/contstruction.
I think it's a very poor assumption that ALL APARTMENTS ARE NOISY and that every tenant should just accept noise when they choose to live in an apartment community.

Since I???ve lived in 4 different complexes until Copper Creek (some more reputable, some less), I can say this is one of the quietest I have encountered.
I find it a little silly that you talk about the baby above you. Babies are loud. Period. You can usually hear your next-door neighbors baby in a home. It's also interesting that you caplocks NIGHT. Well of course, do you think a baby has a night-time switch to let it know not to cry?
And, I made no assumption. I stated a fact. Unless you want to shell out 3 grand a month for a downtown apartment with triple insulation, all apartments have some level of noise.
I'll now state that you must not have gotten all of your deposit back due to whatever sort of damages you caused, and now like to post on this website anonymously as your form of adolescent "payback". In case you are wondering, now that is an assumption. Not the before mentioned.
