Lived here since 2004 and have to say its been a pretty good place to live, Yes, the rent is a bit higher but then again you get what you pay for. The reason I liked the place when I first moved here was the class of people living here. That appears to be changing and has since then......is going down the tube.
The complex is well maintained and has great options for adults. This complex DOES NOT CATER TO CHILDREN, so if you have kids, you would be happier somewhere else. There is a VERY small play area for children, other then the streets.

They have great "Get Togethers" and try to encourage neighbors to get to know one another. They have spegetti & taco night, BBQ's and other family functions. There are also adult parties given (WITH OPEN BAR, WHICH I QUESTION). I would think it would be a grave libility for the complex giving such parties.

All in all, I feel very safe here.

Even though some of what you say maybe true about a small area for children to play it hasn't stopped the children from using to the nearby woods that surround the whole property. My child has made some great friends here and has never come to me claiming there is no room to play. Also, the management staff puts on numerous kid events too. There is no kid utopia apartment complex out there. Also who are you referring to as a class of people? Would that be a racial remark? Are you a Hollywood starlet or royalty? Maybe you???re talking money and since you might be talking about me, would you like to compare bank statements and we???ll see what kind of so called class you???re in? Seems like your just complaining just to hear yourself complain.

It's so funny....Every time - as soon as a somewhat negative comment is made about Copper Creek - soon after there's gonna be a pretty agressive response. What I think is the actual funny thing though: I'm pretty dang sure that many of those responses are written by the same person (which I believe is a copper creek staff member - go figure). They use different usernames every time but if you read a few responses you will figure out yourself that many are written the same way by the same person. Nice try!
