MOST OF THESE REVIEWS WERE WRITEN BY THE MANAGEMENT.I can see that clearly.
THIS ONE NOT.
The people who Manage these apartmenents are only on it for the $$$.
they do not renew leases and they do not tell you why ..
they just give you 20 days to find a new apartmentwith no reason....
they are the most un-ethical people i have ever met.
they are in iy for the money..one fammily had no where to go excepy hotel and had to leave all of thier belongings, furniture,Radios, TV, and everything else because they only had 20 days and could not find another place to live in that time s they had to give up everything they owned.
manager does not care about anything but $$$$
she gets to keep all deposits regardless of the contracts you sign becasue they keep changing the rules and now they only offfer 6 months lease so the can throw you out and will in 6 months when your lease is up.
one familly was ent a bill for $5000 for cleaning apartment...they were told ot was for dusting light bulbs ,cleaning dryer vent traps,replacing stive drip pans.
little crap like that DO NOT GO TO COPPER CREEK ....THATS ALL READ MORE IN NEXT REVIEW PLEASE THANK YOU SIGNED A HOMELESS FAMILLY WHO COULD NOT FIND A PLACE TO LIVE IN 20 DAYS AFTER LEASE EXPIRED .
THE MANAGER GETS TO KEEP $1000 'S OF DOLLARS OF $$$ SHE KEEPS EVERY TIME SHE PUTS SOMEONE IN THE STREET.

first I am glad you think you are right. there is no right or wrong here. the point that you are missing is that six families have been affected by Brendas crap. the one who had to move. the one who had to help them move . the one who had to let them move in with them. the one who had to come all the way from spokane to help move and the one that loaned them am motor home to put in driveway for them to sleep in. and the one who let them use thier trucks to move besides the one thay had to rent. all becasue Brenada only gave them 20 days to find new palce all these families were affeted and still are. also they still ahve not found a place to live and added expenses of moving with no plans and to top it off they dont even know why they had to move so dont give me any more of your ---- mister...gooday I am not wasting any more time with you... Brenad is a psycho case and you will get yours when you move out or she decides she needs more $$$$$ you will find out soon enough!!!!

Dear Coppercreekripoff. I asked around... becuase the office would give no clue who you were. But I'm pretty sure I know who you are now based on the dates and the certain members of your family had no problem running around the property and pool telling anybody who would listen about your story and the other family too. Unlike you I will not "libale and Slander" you by NAME like your doing to Brenda. (by the way I met the owner at a CC Apt. BBQ last month, NOPE Brenda does not own the property, she answers to him)BUT LISTEN UP EVERYONE, NEIGHBORS AND EVERYONE ELSE EXCEPT FOR THE OTHER FAMILY THEY MENTION DID NOT LIKE THEM THEY WERE RUDE PEOPLE AND NOT VERY NICE TO LIVE AROUND. COULD BE THE REASON NOBODY ELSE WANTS THEM EITHER. I COULD REPEAT SOME STORIES TOLD TO ME ABOUT YOU, BUT UNLIKE YOU I DON'T GO AROUND AND REPEAT EVERYTHING I HEAR TO HURT SOMEONE LIKE MR COPPERCREEKRIPOFF. As for me I feel safer your gone, "don't go way mad, JUST GO AWAY!"
