DO NOT RENT HERE! If you have a family, you should know what happens to families at Copper Creek before you ever sign a lease there! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE & IMMORAL! We were lead to believe that our lease would be re-newed, as we had spoken w/management about it several times before our lease was up, and management even stated that she would be getting our lease papers in order for the re-newal. Then at the last minute, with 20 days left on our lease agreement, the manager chose not to re-new it! We had no warning and were given no reason!! We had never been late with rent, or had any other issues in the time we had lived there. When we asked the manager "why"' she stated that "legally" she does not need a reason! Legally - no, she does not....but, if she had any moral values she would not do this to people! My faimily was literlly homeless while we waited for our new place to become available!! We were just 1 of many renters with faimilies to "leave" Copper Creek within a 3 month time-frame! I do not believe this was a coincidence....but rather unjust and corrupt management practices at Copper Creek! There are many more hateful things that goes on at Copper Creek by management - too many to put into this review..... I would just warn you that if you want to be treated fairly, and with respect - DO NOT RENT AT COPPER CREEK!

I thought I would respond here at work, because I get sent a email when someone writes a new review or should I say a re-post of a old review. This is the same family that already wrote "DONT GO THERE UN-ETHICAL PRACTICES". Check it out the story is exactly the same. We know who you are already and the fact that you just can't let it go means one thing. You were a pain the rear. If this is how you are after you leave. I now know why nobody liked you. Let it go already, I have never ever had to be homeless to find for another place. I saw 5 "For Rent" signs on my way home yesterday. People are begging to rent their places out in this economy! But not to you? Why is that? I just thank god you weren't at the kick butt Halloween party on Friday that management put on what drag you would have been. Bet you never even attended one of the events here either? The other renters here brought friends who thought Brenda was cool for doing that kind of thing for the people who live here. I think it's time for a little introspection on your part to correct things that might make landlords repel you or deny you all together. Quit blaming others for your short comings Mr. so call "Anonymous"

wrong again mr hansen - i have not previously posted any reviews! ever think that maybe its not just one family that she has done this to? you seem pretty happy with brendas practices and continue to respond to many reviews; you obviously have a personal interest here. ick!
