Well, I am currently a tennant, eagerly waiting for my lease to be up. Management has failed to tend to an on-going noise complaint. Neighbors, as well as myself, have complained many times about loud base, but have received no help. I am forced to remove things from my wall on a regular basis due to the objects vibrating and almost falling off! (THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!) I spend many nights at friends, due to the loud parties next door. I HATE IT AT SUNDANCE, and cannot wait to move. And to top it off, the management does not even keep complaints confidential! If you are looking for a quiet place to live, this is not the place!!!
