Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I have lived here for almost a year. The noise is horrible! I always pay rent on time & have never had to call maintenece for anything. So, I assume that when I make a noise complaint it will be dealt with quickly. It is usually ignored & I cant wait for my agreement to end so I can move! My rent is over $1300 a month, do I have to pay extra for a quiet neighbor'
