The walls are really thin. I can hear my neighbors fan ALL the time. I also have an issue with how the management smokes like a chimney out by the pool. I don't even want to go out there because it smells like an ash tray and I have a young child. Parking here is okay. The grounds do look really good so I'll give Willena points for that. Maintenance is also pretty good. I haven't had any complaints. I think his name is Jeff or James or something I don't know but he is really professional and does his job.
I guess to get to the bottom line here.. The place is nice. Especially if you're a woman and single. You don't have safety issues here. The manager is nice but I think a little on the fake side and her smoking habits are not fit for a business. The apartments overall though.. Yes, they are new but they are also poorly pieced together and have spotty paint jobs in the apartments that I have been in to. You can hear your neigbors really easily so don't plan on having loud sex in here anytime soon or your neighbors will be talking about you for weeks.

You know... I used to work for Wil'Lena (that's how you spell her name) and I think you couldn't be more backwards. First of all, the walls are NOT paper thin and it IS apartment living. Second of all, there is a designated smoking area and it's not being done indoors and she doesn't light up around other people or at least without their permission. The maintenance guy is Jeromy and yeah he's awesome. Please be more selective of who you choose to bash because you could be completely wrong about people. And if Wil' Lena was so fake as you claim, she wouldn't have been nominated for manager of the year while I was working for her.

I have to agree with Anonymous here. I realize its apartment living, but I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do {feel like saying "bless you" when they sneeze}. Wil'Lena is not very friendly or helpful, and gets downright mean when she finds out you're moving out. I've never had a problem with Jeromy, but that's because none of the repairs I called about got done unless I called several times! All in all, I would NOT suggest this complex to anyone to move in to. Ever. I know plenty other complexes around the area that have MUCH better management.
