Sundance sits amidts beautiful and well landscaped grounds that feature a large open playing field, spacious parking, warm and inviting newer homes, a heated pool and spa along with plenty of garage space for those seeking shelter for their vehicles. The Manager, Wil' Lena is probably the most dedicated to her Community Members and spends plenty of time working to make each person feel important and respected. I can honestly say that anyone who has had a bad experience here has only had one because they made it that way for themselves. It's always important to remember that apartment living has its pluses and minuses but in the long run, you end up not being attached to a mortgage and ALWAYS have the opportunity to transfer when more space is needed. Anyone looking to live here had best be prepared for a long term commitment because once you get in, you won't want to leave. :)
