I have lived here for 8 years. Everything started out great and then they changed management and it hasn't been the same since. They put in one compacter to hold the garbage of every single apartment at the back of the complex and there is always trash piled up all over it because they only empty it once a week. The maintenance people need to constantly keep refixing the same things. It is not a safe place to live. Cars get broken into often, bikes are stolen, and stolen cars have been found in the parking lot. One time there was a person standing on our patio with his pants down and we called the apartments and they said they couldn't help because the security guard wasn't on duty. Another time our car was vandalized and noone did any thing, and another time our neighbors and us had our bikes stolen right off of the patio. They have strict limits on what you can put on your patio and what you can do to your car. You cannot do any maintenance or wash you car on the property. Overall I think this is a horrible place to live and I would discourage anyone from living here. The rent has been raised so many times that we are stuck here because we don't have the money to move.
