Not much to say really... I have lived in some really crappy apartments, and this is much nicer than any of those.
It is beautiful, set on a lake. Grounds are kept up most of the time. I have read the other comments left on this site, and disagree with most of the negativity. A couple mentioned garbage strewn about; this is not the case, unless tenants use the mail garbage for their homes.
The maintenance staff here is very responsive; their skills vary, but overall they are quite skilled. The office staff varies as well, but seem to be quite friendly and helpful.
As I said, you could do MUCH worse!
