-Must fill out forms re:all tenants and the SS#, and bank#'s if 18y and up...this means your beloved children!!!
-Fill out another form "Does anyone in your home have court cases pending".
-THIS APT DEMANDS YOU HAVE RENTERS INS.
-NO UPGRADES< just up-rent. In 3y my rent from $825 to $1875.00 for a 2/2.
-Staff a bunch of female connivers. I'm always terrified to sign new lease, 'What are they going to do to me this time''
