We moved into this complex thinking it was going to be this wonderful experience.

How little did really know about this place. If we knew then what we know now we never would have moved in.

My friend and I both moved in her with in two weeks of each other. The first month we were here the server was stolen, we had to change all of our bank accounts and credit cards as well as flag our credit reports to tell us if it was being used for anything. This is just the beginning.

My neighbors upstairs smoke so much that it intrudes into our apartment so that is all we have smelt for the last year, not to mention they were the nighbors from hell. Their blinds were suppose to be white they were golden that should say enough.


The manegement let four of my neighbors move out instead of evicting the people that were causeing every one to move out in 6 months I had 4 new people living next to me.

Next maintanece is the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever met. They refuse to do any work on the weekends and this included safety problems. When you ask the office to take care of things all you get from them is "what do you want us to do about it" this is not cool.

We have had more car break in's than I have ever seen. A woman was car jacked by knife point while getting into her car. Some one jacked up someones car and stole the snow tires of the car.

The pool was shut down almost all summer because of teen vandalizm when they finaly opened it the hours where 8 to 5. Most people work during the day and were unable to use the pool because of this, yet we still had to pay for it.

The people that live here are the most snobish and inconsiderate bunch of people I have ever met. They all feel that their S--t don't stink, what a joke.

We have wanted to move out of here since the 3rd month we were here.

The office is great to you for the first month that you are here but after you are locked into you lease all gloves are off. We have had 4 managers since we have been here. The one we have now this is her third property that she is in charge of all at once. We are lucky if she is here twice a week.

Getting things fixed is a nightmare when you want something fixed it takes forever. They make promises that they know that they are not going to keep. My family had to turn off our heat all together during the winter since we had so much cold air coming in throuhg our sliding glass door that we had to hibernate in bedrooms so that we could stay warm after getting tires of paying a 130.00 power bill each month when we do everything we can to conserve. 6 months later this still has not been fixed, when asked what they were going to do B---y said "what do you want us to do about it" Well duh I want you to fix the problem.

Parking is a complete nightmare. If your lucky enough to afford a carport at $20 a month and get one your ok but if not you end up walking 3 or 4 block in a very poorly lit parking lot hoping to god that no one hurts or kills you. We do not feel safe in the complex at all. I have lived in many and i have never felt so unsafe anywhere. That is not a good sign. I am a single mom safety is a big one.

This and much more has gone on in the year time we have been here. Now they want to take our rent from $770 to $915 I DON'T THINK SOOO.

If you are smart you WILL NOT even think about moving in here, you will live to regret it.

Thank god we are out of here in TWO WEEKS, GOD I SO CAN'T WAIT.
