the first weekent i moved in the server was stolen- then B*c*y tried to charge me $75.00 per check for the nsf fees (for 3 checks) after i closed my bank accounts ( on HER ADVICE ). the pool gets vandalized constently. the work orders get lost (l*c*y told me that ). the manager is never on site, you have to make an apointment with her. they don't clean the ice and snow off of the stairs in the winter. the lighting in the parking lot is teribble. cars get stolen ( sometimes at knife point ) or at least brocken into a lot. you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors do ( from flushing to toilet to blowing their nose, to more 'personal' acts). the management lies, talks down to, and usually ignore the residents after the first 30 days. you WILL NOT get the value that your money could buy you elsewhere-the floors have sink holes, the plaster falls off of the walls, the pool house smells like urine, and so on , and so on, and so on. the longer you stay here the thicker the s*llsh*t gets!!!
