This apartment seemed to be spectacular and well worth the price when me and my roommate moved in during the summer of 2001. However, this was not the case at all. There was mold growing all over the decks, plumbing problems, loud laundry machines, etc. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The time it takes for the maintenance to fix things, if they do it correctly, is a very long time. They did not fix lights in the hallways and pathways for at least a month. Customer Service is horrible. You can hear everything upstairs of your apartment.
