I've lived here 2 years but will wind up leaving because of work. I've lived in apartments on Alki Beach, in West Seattle and Portland, OR and this is the best value and best place to live so far. My particular unit has a master bedroom and living room/balcony overlooking the lake and a number of trees. It's a gorgeous view! Aside from the landscaper's mowers once a week, this place is quiet and peaceful. In 2 years I've only had one issue with excessive noise from a neighbor and it was addressed by the staff immediately. No other complex I've lived at worked so hard to keep residents happy. The staff is also excellent. Of the different apartments I've lived, this staff (office and maintenance) is the nicest and most accommodating I've worked with. They really seem to work hard to keep us happy.

To sum up - beautiful grounds, very competitive rent and awesome staff.

Only con: if you can't buy a spot, parking in your cul-de-sac can be difficult on a Fri or Sat night.
