First off the good stuff, it's on a lake and the dock is okay in condition (some missing boards some loose nails). Large and spacious apartments. Decently price. They allow animals. Very close to grocery stores, banks, schools.

Now some bad stuff. My car was broken into 3 times in a year. (since then they put an unmanned police car at the exits) the carpets were stained everywhere when i moved in and the lady said "oh well can't you just cover it up with a rug/sofa/bed/table/etc" When I moved out I had a professional come in and clean the carpets and I spent a week cleaning up I even washed the carpet on the deck. and they still charged be my whole deposit. Saying they needed to replace carpets (because they were so dirty)and the deck carpet and the fridge was dirty and there were water stains under the kitchen sink and behind the washer and dryer was alot of dirt and fuzz. Then my friend moved in and got the exact apartment i lived in and low and behold the carpet was still stained and they never fixed the deck or any of the stuff they said they used my deposit for. The deck sagged so much and was absolutely terrifying to be on. There are "designated areas for your animals to use the restroom and they threaten to kick you out if they don't use them ( i lived there for a year and never found this "designated" area and i scooped the poop. It took maintenance over a month to fix my washing machine. over 2 weeks to fix my garbage disposal.

when i moved in i kept getting phone calls about stolen items (supposedly my apt. was a show apt and they left towels and other things to make the apt look homey in the apt, but even when i went to look at the apt. there was no such items in it) I even offered to let them search my apt. if they wouldn't stop harrassing me.

When i was getting ready to move out i paid 1100 a month for month to month rent and then they sent me a copy of the lease about dogs and had different lines highlighted saying pretty much my dog was a disturbance and they got complaints that my dog urinated on the bushes next to the walk way so I had to move out. Sorry but my dog had to peeeee!! and as for the disturbance part he doesn't bark!! At all!! He'll growl at ppl at the door, but he doesn't bark!! It was the stupid lady next doooor and her ugly little dog not my beautiful golden can't you tell the difference between a 5lb dog and a 65 lb dog!!



Yes i would live there again only for the simple fact that it's the only place that allows large dogs in the fife/ milton area.
