Well first off it is a suprise a suprise any one stays here. I lived there over a year and first off let me tell you make sure you live on the top floor. This place is old and you can hear every step the people above you make. Oh and dont bother going to the office to ask them to to talk to them they say they will but if they do or not remains a mystery to me as nothing changes. Then they will tell you the place is old and to basically deal with it and make no attempt to satisfy you at all. You get to hear every move your neighbors make. Secondly yes they have this lovely indoor out door pool that is heated but there is only one heater for botht hte indoor and outdoor sections of the people so it works overtime to keep it at a comfortable tempertaure that it fails to do so. But there is only 1 and good luck trying to spend anytime in it during the warmer months as all 30 plus buildings worth of people want to use it. The gym yeah they remodeled and took out the wieghts and have a whopping 2 tread mills and one other piece of equipment. They offer a 25 dollar key to there tanning bed but its so old you have to go three times as much as you would any where else to attempt to get a tan. In going to the office to what ever issue someof the staff if rude at times maybe just bad days but for the most part ok. Maintainance has been well when we have had issues they for the most part are fairly prompt in attending to those issues. The biggest issue is the noise the will do nothing about.
