Happy to be out of there!

I lived there for 4 years. Only stayed because I could not afford to move. The maintenance crew was horrible. It often took many calls to get things fixed. The office workers were often rude and made me feel like I was putting them out. The parking was HORRIBLE! The indoor pool is too cold to swim in when it's not 85 outside. It was also often closed for "repair". It was very over-priced for the quality of environment.

I've seen the maintenance crew out there picking up trash daily, checking the pool and hot tub. When I've had a problem with anything, they responded quickly, (always a young, tall man with short hair), even when it was an on-call weekend issue. As to the temperature of the pool, I can't vouch for that because it was comfortable for me despite the weather. Parking is difficult however, and at least I could find a spot close by. The only issue I had as of late was the idiotic tenant who had their dog in the pool last weekend... clearly bad choices made by bad tenants and they should be written up. The office girls have always been sweet and sympathetic and friendly to me, so I don't know if you're attracting flies with vinegar or what. Got a problem? Tell the guy running it, instead of letting 4 years of hostility build up.

I agree!! I turned in the people with there dog last weekend! I have lived here for 3 years and honestly I love it! It is a little high priced but I moved here from another state so I am sure it has to do with the difference in regions! The pool is cold but my kids love it! Matence has always been very nice to us and has always gotten the job done!! My only complaint is parents that can not keep a handle on there children and a dog that likes to run away from there children owners and bite, but again I have contacted the apartments and they seem to have tried to take care of it!

I have spoken to the people who work there and they were not very helpful. Your experience may not be the same as mine. I'm just giving my opinion. And there isn't "hostility". I'm happy I moved and didn't enjoy living there!

I agree with the original poster, as do many other people that have successfully MOVED. While you all may think the place is perfect, a lot of us disagree. It is overpriced, keeps going up, and it's barely maintained...amongst other things.
And telling someone "I don't know if you're attracting flies with vinegar or what" is pretty rude when it is THEIR opinion, not yours. Either you two are the same person, very loyal tenants, or management...it is wrong to attack someone based solely on their opinion even if you disagree. If you disagree so much, make your own post.
