Going Downhill

When I first moved in, I realized they had not really went through and cleaned things up partly because there was still food in the fridge from the last tenet. Sometimes it reeks of 420. The neighbors are loud, and if you want parking you have to pay extra or fight over the three spots that are available to the general public.
