NEGATIVES: My main complaint is the noise from the parking lot; loud mufflers and stereos; enough to wake you up. Maintenance drive a very noisy cart everywhere they go. There was a fight a few doors down not long ago. There appears to be gang and drug activity across the street. Local Police are frequently in the complex. The water/sewage bills are huge. Plenty of DOG POOP and the patches of yellow grass. Some SPIDERS and SILVERFISH crawling around(bottom floor)!

POSITIVES: The nicest apartments in Monroe. Corrections Officers live here. Refer a friend and receive credit! Move in special gets you 1 month free and a pretty good deal for the area. All my friends pay more for their places. There are free cookies and coffee at office and plenty of resources included with rent. Management is the best I've seen, but at least 3 GOOD people have left since I moved in, including NICKEY! Maintenance is very quick to respond, also the best I've ever seen. Monroe has plenty of recreational areas to enjoy. Stores are very close. If you choose an apt, pick one in the back corner somewhere. One bedrooms are hard to get and are the best apartments in the complex.

Tip: If you choose to live here do everything to lower your use of electricity; the electric bill can be huge if you let it. Also, there are always things to nit pick about apartments, but this place is very livable.
