I "lived" there from 12/03 to 6/04, as soon as I could leave, I did. I had a new job in Monroe, did not know the area. Total nightmare and upsetting. Did not want to go home at night.

I lived with on the bottom floor. The noise was outrageous, no matter which of the two bedrooms you slept in. Sometimes I went to work after only being able to doze all night long. I had a visitor there from England and was so embarrassed. They do not enforce the no laundry after 10:00. The washing machines and dryers are very loud at 3:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., all the time, as if they are in your own apartment.

I think there is a lot of turnover.

I am a "green" person, got charged the same as everyone, yet saw a large microwave in the garbage, a chair----and every month my garbage and water bills got higher, though I lived alone. I have never lived in an apartment where I had to pay these fees, and never will again. Ridiculous. Just bleeding everyone.

The upstairs neighbors seemed to be up 24/7, drank alcohol from pop cans in front of the building.

In my first 2 weeks, the handle fell off of the refrigerator.

Parking bad, kids everywhere, forget it if you want peace and quiet.

this is totally rediculus. I have lived here for 6mo. and love it. They offer free internet in every apt. and have activities for my kids to do as well as a teacher that helps with homework, for free. I have had 2 "work orders" scince i have been here and they are over THAT DAY to fix it. It's unfair to judge because of 1 bad neighbor, you would probably have that anywhere you go.

obvious lex you havent lived here, nearly as long as what we have seen in the past or currently kiss those goods GOOD BYE, this new management is doing nothing but screwing everyone over. But stay here long enough, and you'll figure that out for your self.
