Fair warning

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
Just wanted to give all who look here a fair warning that with the new chang in owner that you are responsible for water, sewer and garbage. This is not added into the rent and can range close to or over with a family of 4 $80 plus a month.
Would also like to point out that the kids activities that we all loved to have is not available and the managment is unsure if it will come back.

Just a fyi here i do feel that the quality has and is going down some with the new owner situation.
