I would recommend to those of you looking for an apartment to look elswhere. The maintenance staf here is so-so. The neighbors are not only loud but very inconsiderate. The most horrible thing about this place is the management. I have worked in the residential community industry and from what I have seen, the management is only concerned with making a name for themselves and their career. There has been a recent managment change and they have taken priveleges away from the tenants, they are slow to get things fixed and most noiceably, they are trying to evict people otherwise have a good payment record as early as a week of being late and then refusing to take payment. Basically the mgmt. Thinks if they can evict a bunch of people, they are "cleaning up" the community and will earn themselves that bonus at the end of the year. They are now going tobe putting all the util on the tenants, the mgmt has not been giving the tenant the monthly util bill for a few months and that's ng to make all the tenants own a lot of money. All that aside, the community is not at peaceful. If you rent a three bedroom apartment and you will still only get 1 parking spot, otherwise you have to find a spot out on e street as far as a block and a half away, next to some very ghetto houses/neighborhoods. Not good when you have kids.
