Good days and bad days.

I've lived here for almost 4 years now. In that time a lot of people have moved in and out of the apartments around us. To be honest, the only problems that really affect me are the tenents and the parking. The tenents there's nothing that can be done about. I and my wife have to get up early in the am. They stay up late right under our bedroom window yelling, screaming and playing loudly. Or stomp around the apartment above us. (we had gymnasts or elephants living above us a few times.)
As for the parking. The visitor parking is not planned out appopriately. Many residents park their cars in the un-numbered parking spaces in order to be closer to their apartments. This leaves a large number of numbered, (reserved) parking spaces open. Don't park there though, you'll get towed. I had a friend over when I first moved in. She was here for 45 minutes. When she went out, her truck had been towed.
Other than those two areas, it's not that bad. Rent is rather high, but I'm not paying for internet service so that's covered. I use the workout equipment, pool, hot tub and other amenities from time to time. The office and maintence staff have for the most part been friendly and polite to me.
It's not a great place to live, but it beats out anything else in the area. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
