Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Do not live here. Though I have never had any problems the police are there constantly. There is never any parking (and after 10 the office is closed so pretty much all parking is open). The place is horribly put together, get ready to lose lots of heat out of the quarter inch gaps in your front and back door, if not that then the single pane windows.
