You will have loud neighbors that run their washer and dryer CONSTANTLY at all hours of the night. Who wakes up at 3 AM and decides to put a load in' Well your new neighbors at Morning Run will.
Your bathrooms will be equipped with yellowing, aging sinks and black mold will grow along your windows if your bathroom has one, despite you running the fan constantly. Then when you leave, they'll charge you to repaint the entire apartment, and cover up their little mold problem. You know that "deposit" you put down on the place when you moved in' DO NOT expect to get that back. No matter what condition you left the place in, they will charge you exorbant cleaning and repainting fees.
The front desk workers are inept eyesores who only care about filling up the apartments with trash. Parking is awful. So you have a 3 bedroom apartment with two cars' Sorry one spot for you even though you have outrageous rent. Worried about having your car broken into at night' I would be too. Don't worry, you can rent a garage (after you sit through the waiting list) for another $100 per month that's probably all the way across the complex from your apartment.
Go find a nice duplex in town to rent. This place will give you the "runs".

Yes, all true. We lived there for 5 years, and it got especially bad after Essex purchased the property. The worst place we have ever lived, and rent increases are outrageous (up to 20 percent). Staff is rude. Gangs of teenage drug dealers roam. Police constantly arresting your neighbors. Upkeep is poor and management is indifferent. Avoid them.
