We feel that this is a fairly quiet complex and noise issues have always been dealt with promptly by the staff when we have had a complaint. The grounds are nicely maintained and routinely picked up, and the maintenance staff is amazing, in our opinion. It's a convenient location. The units are not fancy but spacious. The pool, basketball court, workout center and hot tub are nice features as well as the cabana. This is a very large complex, so there are of course frequent visits from the police as mentioned in other reviews, but one must take into consideration the number of people living here. This is not a housing development, so naturally the police will be here more frequently. Any concerns we have ever had with safety have been addressed by the staff. Our only criticism is that the rent increased for us with each lease even as rental market began to decline and leases being offered to new residents were for lower rates. We feel that it is much more appropriate/fair to offer the same rate to current residents who are renewing their lease as the incoming residents are being offered. And, parking isn't the best, although you can rent carports or garages (but these are very pricey in our opinion). Everyone has one assigned spot, but there are not many non-reserved spots for guests or other vehicles. But, that is just due to poor planning on the part of the developer...can't change it now.
