Look elsewhere Do not live here. Though I have never had any problems the police are there constantly. There is never any parking (and after 10 the office is closed so pretty much all parking is open). The place is horribly put together, get ready to lose lots of heat out of the quarter inch

Fair warning Just wanted to give all who look here a fair warning that with the new chang in owner that you are responsible for water, sewer and garbage. This is not added into the rent and can range close to or over with a family of 4 $80 plus a month.

Management is the WORST This is absolutely the WORST place to live. Not only is the management horrible, they are a bunch of liars. They will say whatever to get you to move in and then it's all down hill from there. I was told my Water/Sewer/Garbage bill would be "around $35".. yeah right!
