Horrible - This is the WORST apartment that I have ever lived in. The rent is no worth what you get. My apartment has had CONSTANT maintainace problems something is always breaking, weither it's the toliet, the door handles, to constant clogs. Markland Woods Update - From renter to owner occupied - When Markland Woods was a rental apartment complex there may have been some problems. Now that it has been converted into homeowners and renovated, it is a lovely, quiet community near Alderwood Mall, the freeway, and downtown Seattle.
