Good older building, but overpriced.

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
 
No elevators (you get your excercise if you live on an upper floor). Renovations on recently vacated apartments have jacked up the rental rates by $200 per unit. Mine is lower than the published rates only because it has not yet been renovated.
