For the most part I liked a lot of the things about the apartment, they are large for the money, I was in a remodelled one that was very nice, the unassigned parking is nice for guests, etc. I moved out to Mt. Lk. Terrace for the trees and lake and grassy areas, thinking it would be the quiet woods, however, it was noisier due to the lawnmowers outside my window at 7 am, the landscapers weed-whacking ALL DAY on a Saturday, the sprinklers aimed right at my sliding glass door (which nobody did anything about when I requested)...so the grass and trees comes with a noisy price. The kids living down the hall didn't help either and the people on the first floor who had parties during the week. Other than that, the apartments themselves seem nice and the pool and exercise room are great, again, if you can handle screaming kids. The 24-hour security is great except for the time someone complained about me, and the officer came to my door saying someone said I was jumping on the floor, which is impossible, I had just gotten home from work.
