This is a nice apartment complex. The rennovated apartments are expensive. I live in an un renovated unit and the rent is very reasonable for the size. Overall it's a great place. There is tons of free (not covered) parking. There aren't any gates around the lot, but security partols the area every hour, 24 hours a day. My building has a laundry room with 3 washers and dryers that are rarely being used, I can do 3 loads of laundry at one time so that it doesn't take a whole day just to do laundry. The club-house with a gym, movie theater, and busines center (computers, printer, internet) is all brand new this year.
The windows are brand new, double paned, very quiet (keeps outside noise outside).
