This is a horrible place to live. It looks ok and the management is kissing your butt until something goes wrong. The whole time I lived there I had to buy bottled water because the water was rusty (it was so bad, that water purifiers didn t even get the water total clear!). I had to call them several times before they even came and it took forever to get them to even try. Then when they couldn't fix it they told me it was normal to have rusty water and just let it run for a little bit until it's not orange then use the water. Also there was mold growing in my apartment. They said it was my fault, but when they I told them it was growing out of the wall where there was nothing in front of it (so it was well ventilated) they back tracked. I MADE THE WRITE SOMETHING THAT SAID I WASN T RESPONSIBLE. There word is not something to go by. They had their professionals look at it and said this was something that could easily be wiped up and that it was no big deal. I have pictures and the mold covers over a 10 square feet area in total. They said I should have nothing against the wall (like my bed, dresser, desk and bookshelf) and that I should know better than that. Are they crazy' I have never lived in a place that required me to do that. Then I had a professional come to clean my things....they said that it was a health hazard and that the dry wall needed to be replaced. (By the way, their "professional's" checked a place in the wall with no mold growing on it and said that no drywall needed to be replaced. Of course not! There was not mold there in the first place). I think it has happened before and they just didn t want to inform me. It was also a very damp place to live and they said they couldn t figure out where the water leak was coming from. So it was there fault! I was not compensated for my time, money lost, or them entering. So basically nothing. This property is fully of lazy criminals. Please don t ever move here, you are looking to be out thousands of dollars and possibly have major health issues!
