The Andorras look like a nice place at first glance, but upon living there for 1 year, I'm glad i moved as soon as my lease is up. There is a lot of crime in those apts. In the first month of my tenancy my car was broken into (it was right in the front of my building) and numerous other cars were broken into as well. I think it was other tenants.For the $900 a month rent I was paying at the time (and that was on a 1 year lease)they tried to bump it another $150 after the lease was up,there were no washers and dryers in the unit, not in mine or anyone else. When you walk to the few laundry rooms in the complex, ours had 2 that over at least over 50 units had to share, the hallways completely reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. I think the rent amount is too high for the apartment that they are trying to sell you. I know it is located by the lake with other nicer condominums thats probably why the managenent has brainwashed themselves to thinking that the Andorras are some type of an exclusive community. Oh yeah they will say that there is security patroling the area, there are none, except for the MLT Police Dept called their for another crime.

I am surprised that the housing authority has not closed this place down by now? It is amazing to me that the company that runs this complex is being allowed to basically rip-off the public like this with impunity. I wish someone would file a class action lawsuit against these jerks! I would love to see that happen! P.S. Apartment Ratings really needs to crack down on permitting the staff and management at Andorra to pad their reviews scores here by posting bogus reviews. They stand out like sore thumbs against the din of real stories. I am surprised that they bother, since it is laughably obvious that these perfect scores are not being posted by actual tenants. I guess that is just another indicator of the kind of people you are dealing with here. Dishonest and greedy to the Nth degree!
