Andorra is a terrible place to live (especially for the price!) They seem to keep the "clubhouse" nice, but can't make repairs in time! They didn't even clean our aparment before we moved in, and Beth (the manager) is excellent at making and breaking promises. When we went to complain, the assistant, Whitney was so incredibly rude it was ridiculous. They have one repair person (although they may have hired another) for the huge complex. When something broke in our apartment and ACTUALLY INJURED my roommate because of their lack of skill, they assured us that it wasn't an emergency, but we were priority so it would be taken care of soon (15 days later!). If you're moving in here, make sure EVERYTHING you do is documented (repair requests, rent payments, etc). They also say no dogs, yet I've seen about 5 dogs just in my building! If its not the piss smell in the hallways, its the cigarettes from our neighbors smoking in their bathroom.

Andorra is a large apartment complex. Just like all the large complexes you are going to have problems. I dont know about you but I sure dont live in a perfect world. You will find rude people everywhere you go and as far as promises go?....I have been here for almost 6 years and I cant remember once when I was PROMISED that something would be done. I was told that it would be taken care of asap. Guess what pal...thats not a promise. One repair person? Dont think so. And even if that is so then you have to understand that sometimes companies are understaffed. Once again...its not a perfect world. What could break in an apartment that would injure someone that it would be considered an emergency? Did a wall fall in? Did the ceiling come down? OH let me guess....a closet door fell off? What a dope.....hahahaha. I have seen dogs here also and only one time was it the instance of a tennant owning that dog. THat was due to the poor judgement of a past manager. Note....PAST manager. And if I am not mistaken...I dont recall anything in the lease that I signed that stated anything about non smokers residing here at Andorra. Perhaps that was something you should have looked into a little closer before you took up residence here. Come on....take some responsibility for your choices and stop trying to blame every one else for your poor judgement. Are you aware that the fans in these buildings dont vent out seperately? Several of them tie into one vent. Are you aware that the walls in these older buildings are not party walls? Maybe you should do some better investigating before you make choices. And after all....it is a simple choice. Dont like it here? Make the choice. Im sure there are plenty of other places to live where anal retentive, perfectionists, like yourself, would be happy to reside. OH! And Ive read alot of reviews in the past that pertain to this. This response to a review is not that of the management but from a renter who is sick and tired of hearing all the bad about this place and not enough good. Most of which, Im pretty sure, is just from a bunch of tennants that didnt get things their own way, got angry and decided to try to drag this place down. As to Andorra management. Its hard to be a manager and be responsible for alot of things but keep up the good work.
