Felt Like Home for Ten Years

Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2002
I have truly enjoyed living at Andorra. It was Andorra Estates when I moved here in 1992 from California, and now has transformed itself into Andorra on Lake Ballinger. Initially, the buildings were white stucco with red tile roofs, almost Spanish-style. My daughter grew up here, from age 3-1/2 to almost 14 now. We are now about to move out into our own home (finally!) and I have to say how much I have enjoyed living here, especially within the last year. The management has always been responsive to maintenance problems, and have been friendly and attentive. The new clubhouse is wonderful, with its jacuzzi, weight room, and theater. (We had my daughter?s birthday party in the theater last year.) The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The only drawbacks for me were (1) laundry room being down the hall (2) parking lot far from the apartment (3) the stairs! (there are lots of stairs) I am in excellent health, but if you are not able to go up and down stairs easily, don?t try to live here. All in all, I have truly enjoyed living at Andorra! You can email me if you have any questions.
