I moved in here about a month ago with my boyfriend and his brother and wife. We moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. in our bathroom (which is also the laundry room) the sink didnt drain (to cloged from the previous people our bathtub didnt drain either (same reason) also the plug in by the sink didnt work in both bath rooms. our stove in the kitchen only the back two burners work. it took them a month to come in and fix out bath room it took them 3 weeks to come in and fix out sink in the kitchen (because the previous owners decided to shoove a towel down the drain) and they still havent come in and fixed out stove. our freezer doesnt freeze very well either. i really think if you want to have problems with an aparment and have to wait forever to get things fixed move in here. parking sucks most the parking is covered except in the back (the side by the store goodies) where there are no apartments really. if someone asked me if this was a good place to live i would say NO its not. we also had to fill out are mailbox form 2 times. so alot of our bills were sent back unpaid. DONT MOVE IN HERE UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS!!!

I know exactly who these people are and beleive me their problem was not the Apartment! They were the problem, they were always fighting or were screaming at eachother, they moved out because the room mates couldn't stand eachother! I would hear screaming in their apartment all the time and somtimes they would be doing it out in the street!! I'm glad THEY left, now maybe I can get some peace and quite in my GREAT apartment, I don't have any complaints now that they have left! Good riddance. ~A fed up neighbor |

Personality clashes aside, given all the other negative reviews I think I'll pass on Bronson. Just the picture of the "kiddy's playground" is enough to give me doubts.
