I can't decide whether to give this place a yes or a no. The apartments themselves are alright. Nice sized floorplans and they are making them nicer. Even has an air conditioner. But the management is subpar. Leasing agent may be nice, but doesn't have a clue about running an apartment complex. And that's if she's even working. The office is closed way more often than it is open! And they leave these offensive notes on the office door around rent time saying that rent is due soon and you better not be late or you will be evicted! Like we don't know. There are potholes that have been there for months and have only just been "repaired" simply by putting a bit of gravel in them. That won't last long. The stairs are all falling apart and the outgoing mailbox was out of service (broken into and not fixed) for months!!! Had to go to the post office to mail everything. So, overall, I would give this a no because though the apartments themselves are nice, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Oh, and the parking sucks too!
