I have lived in Bronson place for about 2 years now. I like our apartment (1 bedroom) even thought it is a bit small and our door opens right into our livingroom (no entryway). The paint job that they did before we moved in was horrible and there is very noticable patching on the walls. We have had several maintenance problems since we moved in. Our disposal and dishwasher have broken. The maintenance guy is really slow to respond to situations. We had a plumbing issue between our apartment and another and it was handled terribly. The manager is extremely difficult to get ahold of and the other girl whatever her name is can't seem to do anything without the manager (what great help...gee I wonder why I forgot her name). My car was broken into and my boyfriend's was stolen and dumped nearby within our first 8 months at the complex. Now we stay away from any spots not visible from several aprtment windows.

I have lived at Bronson Place for a while and cant wait to move! I completely agree with every negative aspect of this community Jacqueline has noted. I have experienced the same. Slow maintenance? More like non-existent. He is exceptionally nice and will tell you what you want to hear but NEVER follows through and takes forever. I too have had many maintenance issues with my apt. And Heidi, who I believe is her name is very sweet but yes, lacks experience and professionalism. Which makes it hard to run an office when the manager is NEVER there.
