I moved into Bronson Place a little over a year ago. It seemed really great at first, but after a few months I started noticing some changes. The office staff began to change, then the office was always closed, the maintenance guy never came when he said he would, I was never able to pick up packages that were delivered to the office because they were never open...I could go on and on! Now the management has changed, and I was hopeful at first, but the office has been closed for a week!! I have a broken garbage disposal, and when I call the emergency maintenance line, I get a message that says, "Leave a message if it's important." WTF'' I hate this place, and if I hadn't signed my lease for another 8 months I would've already moved. I'm going back to the East coast.
