If you are looking for a new apartment DON'T move here.
Reasons:
1. Office staff seem very pleasant when you first look and even move in, but once there is an issue with your unit they don't care anymore. They are very unhelpful and very rude, especially the property manager.
2. They are very slow to fix things. No matter what the issue is its 2 days to fix it. Broken heater, mold, leaking tub...Just remember you have a health department you can call and make a complaint.
3. Garbage is gross. They don't have a dumpster just small garbages by every door. They tell you not to leave garbage out, yet don't supply a company to pick it up everyday, so smelly garbage has to stay in your apartment. And what am I suppost to do it I have a birthday party or dinner guests over' GROSS.
4. They slip the water between each unit. So that means while they over water the grounds we get to pay for it. They water twice a night around 1 and 3am. Even so far this fall with the pouring down rain, so its flooded too.
