For Apartment complexes in the area of Mountlake Terrace and Edmonds, this complex is above and beyond what is nearby. Although, there was a serious rodent problem while I lived there, the staff quickly responded to having an exterminator there and repaired damages to the washer/dryer. It is a good place for having a pet, though a substantial deposit is required and the staff is rather friendly and laid-back. Since raising the rent early in 2006, it simply is too expensive for one person to afford with one income.
