If you have to live in mountlake terrace very cheap then this is about the cheapest place. Otherwise stay away from this place, the management team is lazy,don't expect to get anything fixed if it breaks, also expect to pre clean the apartment before you move in, the grounds are always littered with garbage from non proper maintenence and from the trash cans as they get overfilled and not emptied and people just toss it on the sides back or wherever to get rid of it, and also it is so noisy all day and most nights. To top it of the manager seems to never be in the office when need it is just ridiculous they need to get a new management company or something.
