Smells, shakes, and crime

Was woken up several times due to yelling and other noises in the parking lot. Floors shake most of the time. Mildew problem in the bathroom. BROWN water that leaves stains in the tub and sinks. Rotten grout in bathroom tiles. Not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
