The apartments were in decent condition, large and spacious and adequately maintained. However, we had problems with leaky ceilings and brown tap/shower water. My motorcycle was damaged when someone tried to steal it, and there are many car prowls. The maintenance crew is very nice and helpful, they try hard to keep the area clean, however, it is to big for too few people. Sometimes, the office staff would give us the run around and not get our stuff fixed.
